UNION COMPLIANCE COMMITTEE

NJASAP exists for the sole purpose of negotiating, defending and enforcing the collective bargaining agreement between NetJets Aviation, Inc., and the NetJets Association of Shared Aircraft Pilots, generally referred to as NJASAP. The Compliance Committee assists the Association in this task by monitoring contract enforcement, responding to and researching alleged violations, shepherding grievances through the minor dispute resolution process, and fielding crewmember questions.
